Brought my 2012 Tiguan in for brake work. Leo worked with me on my schedule. Was helpful and informative at drop off. Received friendly courtesy ride back home. Rose (I think that is her name) was very friendly in Leo's absence at pick up. Was also assisted by a helpful salesman who showed me how to link my Bluetooth. Received a follow up email from Leo making sure everything to my satisfaction. As satisfying as an experience with auto repair service as could be :-).
