I had new tires put on my car and Leo was my service advisor. He made having to put 4 tires on my car much more bearable. Even calling me to ask if I wanted to keep the two good tires as spares. He thought of everything possible and called me to keep me updated. He was clear on pricing and even helped me find a discount on the alignment. This was my first time having to change the tires on my car he made me feel very comfortable considering I don't know much about car maintenance. I'll definitely be back and I hope that Leo is my service advisor next time too!

I dealt with Josh- he was very professional, but my experience as a whole was absolutely horrible. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am (I had an appointment time at 9:30) since I needed to leave it in order to be able to get to work on time. My car was purchased at Jim Ellis and is still under the original warranty of the car. The check engine light was on, I needed two new front bulbs, and I reported a sound that was occurring when going over speeds of 40 mph. I was told that I would be contacted once they knew what the issue was. 5 hours dropping my car off and 3 hours after my appointment time, I still had not received any sort of call to let me know what was going on. I called the dealership and was told I would be called back in 5 minutes. Two hours later I finally received a call. I was told that a bunch of sensors needed to be replaced, which were causing the check engine light to come on. Then another two hours later, I received a phone call that a software update was actually performed and that the sensors didn't need to be replaced after all. So after almost 10 hours of my car being at VW, the main fix was a software update to my car. I do not know a lot about cars, but if this is a common issue of why things are not working, it makes me very concerned that the need for a software update was not the first thing to be checked. I picked my car up the following day since it was not finished until close to 5 on a Friday and I did not want to fight traffic. Every other time I've had servicing, my car has received a car wash (plus representatives usually brag about getting a clean car after a servicing). Pick my car up, no car wash. This experience was LESS than satisfactory.

Once I was told my car was ready for pickup, I traveled by MARTA to the Chamblee Station, then called for a shuttle. I waited for over an hour for him to arrive, which put me right in the middle of Friday rush hour traffic on the way home. I don't use Uber so I guess I should have taken a taxi at the station, but the taxi stand at the Chamblee station is on the other side of the station from where I'm supposed to go for the shuttle, so would have had to walk all the way around the station - or paid another fare to cut through and walk to the other side. The service on the car was excellent and it rides much better, so although quite expensive, I was happy with the service.

I am so happy you service VW Rialtas. There are few VW Service Departments that do. Josh was friendly and found the problem on our Rialta quickly. I know that I will be depending on him for future service needs.
