I went to AutoZone and decided to get a quick fix on a battery change. They placed my battery in the wrong way and messed up my car. I quickly brought it to VW and Scott Croston took care of me. He was quick, kind and informative. I truly appreciate his help during this crisis. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go and see Scott! Thank you VW team at Jim Ellis for making this experience painless, especially Scott for processing everything. I am extremely happy that my car is back in one piece after AutoZone's terrible mistake. I learned my lesson, VW Jim Ellis service will now and forever be my first choice of service.
