This will sound crazy, but I have been a vw fan all of my life, and when I was a teenager in the mid 70's, I would go to Jim Ellis and just look at the beetles. Champagne Edition! I always said that someday I would but a beetle from Jim Ellis VW. We bought a Sport wagon Limited in June, had a wonderful experience (thanks Raphael), and got a great deal on the car. Loved the car, but notices a stain on the headliner. Long story short, your dearlership was amazing. The car was taken back and I was given a loaner, no questons. The entire headliner was taken out and replaced. Unfortunately this was a recurring problem, and after the second attempt and a third leak, we were advised by service to ask for a buy back. At this point we made contact with Adrian, also wonderful, and he walked us through the process of trading the care for an alltrack. We have not picked the car up yet, but we are so excited to get it. Adrian and everyone we worked with along the line has been so helpful and patient. I could not have had a better experience. Adrian even tolerated my repeated phone calls, and me changing my mind several times! Jim Ellis VW has been outstanding every step of the way, and I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone interested in a VW. We have also purchase a chevy van from Jim Ellis Chevrolet in the past, and had the same good experience. Next time, however, I am leaving with a Beetle!!

Previous experiences in the service department had left me skeptical when bringing in my car for a larger repair. I was absolutely blown away by the efficiency of service that I received from Leo. From having my loaner washed up and ready the second I arrived to drop off my car, to allowing me to pick up my car a few minutes before opening to help ease my commute. If I am in need of repair in the future, I will be calling again. Thanks!
