Service writer did not know what she was doing, I was taking the car in for service before going on vacation. The next morning the engine light came on. Calling the dealership I was told not to drive the vehicle and to bring it in for service. I was leaving that day . Talked to Scott he said it was probably carbon Build up. Why could I not drive the car? I have talked to other people who used Jim Ellis for service, some said they would never return. Our family have purchased over 10 vehicles from Jim Ellis Dealerships. By far the most pleasant, efficient and easiest way I've ever bought a car and I've bought a bunch of them over the years.... everyone was very nice and very informative and if I'm in the market for a Volkswagen I will be coming back... on top of that I drove three and a half hours to get there and I would do it again.

I flew in from out of state to buy a used Jaguar F Pace, from the moment I called Rickey Holmes the salesman was first class and got me all the information I needed on the vehicle along with the price I was looking for. I'm a VW loyalist through and through. This is my second car from Jim Ellis and I will be back in 4-5 years to trade in for Tiguan.

We made an app't for our service. Very punctual, required car svcs since our car was left overnight. Received notice next a m that our car was ready. Attendant very helpful, knowledgeable of the recall. I was very satisfied with the attendant (Rose), and the service.
