My Tiguan started shaking and losing power on my way home from work, so I called Volkswagen. They said to bring it in and they immediately started working on my vehicle. My husband was able to meet me at VW, so I had a ride home. My Tiguan was ready for pickup the following day. Scott Croston called me to tell me exactly what had happened to it and walked me through all of the options and recommendations. He took time to re-explain this to my husband when we picked up my vehicle. I truly appreciate the quick service and the time that Scott took to explain everything.

It was a wonderful visit with same day purchase. I bought a 2015 VW Passst SE. One thing to note is that I think there is air in the brake line or something. The brakes lock up at speeds above 60/65 mph.

After getting notified that my car was ready for pickup, I was then told when I went to pick up my car that they were "sent a defaulted piece" and my car was in fact not ready, even though everyone knows thats code for "we didn't get to your car in time today." When I finally picked up my car, my Tiguan started having the exact same problems as before if not worse. I doubt my car was even fixed.

Got in quickly on fixing the tire pressure alert. Learned some things from Josh. Thank you.

Service is done fast. Listen to my concerns.

I've had to have BlueFuel added to my car 5 times in 1.5years of owning the car. It's a real pain in the neck! Until this last visit this week- the service desk has never charged me for it & have always just filled it up without have to take car back for "service". This time however, they charged me & I had to wait about 30-45mins. Ugh!
