Great service by a professional staff

We purchased a 2017 Tiguan S from Phil Coleman, and the experience couldn't have been better!

Josh was an excellent service technician and handled my appointment with the highest professionalism. I am less likely to recommend VW products as a whole given the many quality issues I have experienced with my Tiguan resulting in costly repairs. One example: $350 to replace a headlight bulb is excessive. I would most likely not recommend VW to a friend given specialty tools and parts are standard practice. In addition, I do not expect to have had the amount of major repairs I have experienced on a vehicle with only 60K miles and no major accidents. Very disappointed in the quality of my model -2009 Tiguan SEL.

I purchased a 2017 Golf GTI. Helpful and friendly staff.

Dropped car in the morning. Took dealerships' shuttle home. Got car back in the afternoon without any problem. Very satisfied. Josh even reminded me additional items requiring my attention soon. Thanks!

Timely and excellent service to my Golf. VW road side assistance not so good. They were more than an hour late for the pick up and it was not during rush hour.

My experience was very positive. Leo was extremely helpful about what needed to be done to fix my car. He was polite and professional. I will be returning to Jim Ellis and hopefully can continue to work with Leo.
