Dealership had the car two weeks and they say that they couldn't recreate the problem that we brought it in for; the problem reoccurred minutes after picking up the car. When you punch the gas and car just sits there, well, it's kind of a safely issue. Oh, and this is not the first time we've had it in for this very same problem. Car was filthy inside and out when we picked it up. I figured after all the miles they put on it and not solving the problem, that they'd maybe at least clean up after themselves. Nope. Told me they were getting car for me so I went in and paid the bill. Came out and waited, and waited, and waited...finally asked how much longer until car was brought around. The guy I asked went to the key box and guess what? Keys were still in the box. Didn't say a word to me, just brought the car around, no apology for making me wait, nothing, just got out of the car and walked away. I'm not sure the people in service could care any less. Seems like moral is rock bottom. Going to lose all their gas customers too if they keep it up.

In for service. Generally good experience. Took about 1-hour longer than was estimated. I usually leave car but decided to wait on this occasion.

I've come up here 4 times without receiving actual service. I understood that their technicians leave by 5 during the week it took me 3 trips up there to find out that information. So ok, that's understandable. We all want to get off work on time. However. I came up there on a Saturday. They told me they do not do appointments on weekends. I get up there thinking it should be no issue. I can come back and pick up my car. The desk agent tells me that on Saturday they are only accepting appointments because it is busy. Of course. I was furious. He chased me outside and said he'd be able to accommodate me or I can go to the Kennesaw location. After basically begging me to stay he said he could get my car looked at and be done by 3:15 pm. Services include needed we're an oil change check the tire pressure and also an air conditioning check. They told me they would call if they needed to hook my car to the machine for the AC never called me and actually gave me back.my car and told me they didn't have time. I probably wouldn't recommend this service center.

I have a 2010 beetle. It was good to see Scott again, Ellis ability to keep staff for many years is sorta family. We go back to the days of Maxine, Lisa , Tony etc. The dealership's idea of customer service and comfort has only improved over the years. I'd buy another VW if Germany would come up with a model I liked.

This was my first service and I was impressed. The entire visit last a little more than an hour, and everything seemed very efficient. Scott was very nice and explained things well. I will be back next time my car needs anything.
