Very positive experience. I talked with several of the service techs, and they were all very curteous and helpful. Josh is my go to guy. He kept me informed of the progress of the service and answered any questions I had. He helped me decide which services were necessary to the operation of my vehicle and which could wait 'til next time. Very good experience.

I am 59 years old and have purchased many vehicles both new and used during my life. I have to say that my experience last Friday was very pleasant. I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Cadillac ATS. Both individuals that I dealt with the salesman Roi Williams and finance manager Lance Jeter were both very cordial, pleasant and helpful. Both were a pleasure to meet and deal with. I would certainly recommend to anyone to look them up when visiting your dealership. The car was perfect as stated in the ad and the decision to buy was made quickly.

My experience was great! My advisor, Leo, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The waiting room was great. However, I went in thinking it was only going to be $125 to have my diagnosis and it took them so long I ended up paying $250 only to be told it's going to be another $1,700 to fix my car. I suppose my only complaint would be just how expensive it is. But I really did not have a negative experience.

Everything was great until it came to being picked up to get my car. I had to call 4-5 times after I was told someone was on the way at 2:15pm finally at 6:15 pm I called a taxi to pick me up and bring me back. Was told more than once in my many phone calls someone was on the way and going to call me back and patiently waited and each time I had to call back every time and see what was going on.
