When I moved to Atlanta last year I had to tow my 2012 Passat SEL TDI. My turbo blew out and my car sat 8 months with my mechanic. I took it to a closer dealership but their customer service was horrible. I checked out Jim Ellis' reviews and found very high marks on a young man named Josh. He wasn't available when I called very upset, so I was routed to Ms. Rose. Between 12/2016 and now I've spent at least $11,000, but I have no complaints. Ms. Rose is the most consistent, courteous, kind, empathic and caring service professional ever. My wife and I can't say enough positive things about this young lady. I'm sooooooo happy that the other dealership was uncaring. Now we have a true partner to help keep my amazing car running.
