I have had my car serviced at 2 other VW dealerships, both very terrible service and experiences. After an accident, my car was sent to your Collision Center and the service there was phenomenal. That's why I brought it to your service center for repairs and a new key. The service was once again, phenomenal. Whatever you're doing to have happy employees that are also knowledgeable and fair, keep doing it. Believe me, it's rare. And when you're already stressed about a broken car, the last thing you need is to be stressed out by bad service, overcharging, and clueless service people. Wonderful experience at your service center.

I brought my Tiguan in for a warranty concern. I was greeted by a service porter at my vehicle promptly. Scott was my service advisor and took great care of me. They repaired everything fast and contacted me as soon as it was done. I would definitely recommend Scott to my friends and family.

I did not buy my car from the Dealership, but this is where I will have my car serviced. The Dealership KHUN in Marietta was not very helpful and did not return any of my phone calls for service.
