I had some terrible experiences with other service advisors at Jim Ellis VW Atlanta and this time around I went to see Leo Leyva who I applauded for his professionalism and service. He gave me a quote for the 40K service on my vehicle and when it came to pay it was right at that figure. He remembered what I was coming in for and had my car serviced with the appropriate amount of time. I will be bringing my car back to him.

My experience started with an online chat about a 2017 Passat lease and that was helpful in compelling me to visit the dealership. I found all aspects of the dealer visit; front desk welcome, sales assoc discussion, negotiation, purchase and new vehicle orientation to be very positive.
