Leo is always great, very friendly and helpful. I had to have my car towed to the dealership overnight and I was contacted in the morning by a service advisor to go over everything before they even opened. That is great customer service.

Monday, 9-19-16 my husband & I had a major tire blow out getting off 185 going to I-85. First we called AAA and then we called Scott Croston @ Jim Ellis to let him know our Passat was being towed in and why. When we arrived Scott was there to met us and directed tow truck to spot where workers could get to it. We were concerned we may have damaged the rim, but thankfully we had not. In a short time we had a new tire, car balanced and were off riding quite smooth again. Scott takes wonderful care of both our VW's and of us. We truly appreciate the personal care we have received all these many years @ Jim Ellis. While there Alexandr Sosnosky, salesperson, came to great us. We were delighted to see him and to hear that he was doing well. We had been concerned over the negative press regarding VW diesel. We also had the privilege of meeting Rose in the service department because two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon driving back from Charleston SC, we could not get the fuel lid open and she walked us through it and sure enough it popped open. She was so "cool" and professional. You definitely hire the best.
