Stop sending me these surveys please. I have been a loyal Jim Ellis customer forever and Scott C. and the guys in the service bays always (and I mean always) do a phenomenal job. Its why I continue to return year after year. If hell freezes over and something actually does go wrong with my experience I'll contact you. Should that ever happen and I doubt very highly that it will; you will be hearing from me. Until then just realize you guys are the best.

I felt very welcomed, everyone there was willing to help with my needs.I did not like I had to wait two hours in the waiting room to get my engine light checked.

My salesman Aundra was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions directly. I never felt pressured at any time which is important to me. The business manager Karl was also excellent. He clearly explained everything to me in an understandable way. I would definitely recommend Jim Ellis VW to my family and friends. And my I love my new Passat SE as well!

Jim Ellis VW is always attentive to my needs when I am there. the service reps are always friendly. I also like the fact that they have little cubicles that I can work in while I'm there.

My experience was easy going and a pleasure. Scott Croston got me in and diagnosed my issue and was able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. He has really been a pleasure to work with and makes my experience a trustworthy one.
