Everything is perfect, but I think you guys need to prepare more vehicles. I visited your shop on Monday, at that time, you guys ordered some parts from other place and needed to wait until that Friday. My vehicle was not safety to drive, but your shop didn't have another vehicle for me to cover this time. ​

I brought my car in for a diagnostic test as my car was jerking a little when I had my foot on the brake (typically felt when stopped at red lights). They ran the test and found a valve needed replacing in the transmission. I paid $1755 to have this done and was told it should be in good condition after doing so. Soon after I left the dealership, the issue continued, so I returned to the dealership. I was then told that it may be an engine problem and it would cost about $2K to look into. Not wanting to spend that kind of money, after already paying $1755, I was given a little hope that it may just be bad fuel and I was advised to try to run out my tank and see if that fixed the issue. I left the dealership again and the problem only got worse. My gears were clunky when shifting and soon after my check engine light came on. I went back to the dealership and was told nothing could be done unless I wanted to pay to look deeper into the issue so I decided to take it somewhere else. My service adviser was great (Josh Jamison), but I was not willing to spend any more money when the initial problem I brought it in for and paid $1755 for was not fixed. I bought my car brand new from your dealership and have always loved it. I have had NO issues with my car up until this ordeal. Feel free to call me, my cell is 404-788-9482. Thank you!

I came in after seeing a Jetta on Cars.com. Unfortunately. the one I saw was already sold. However, I worked with Phil Coleman and he worked hard to find me another car of the same type and trim for the same price, in the color I desired. I had recently had some sour experiences with another few dealerships, including a different VW dealership so I was prepared for the worst when I came in. However, Phil and the rest of the staff I interacted with made the experience very stress free and even humorous as many of them were very funny. They took the pressure out of the situation and that allowed me to make a comfortable, informed decision in buying my car.
