I had an excellent experience! Aundra my sales rep was MAGNIFICENT!

Brought car in for check engine light. Was able to schedule appointment that met my needs. Unfortunately, repair cost $1200. I was able to use $100 on line coupon AND was given free loaner car. Now that car has been home and not driven since picking up on Friday, check engine coolant level light came on. I will have to add more coolant. Must not have been topped off completely when repair to water pump was done.

I paid a premium price for a service I could have gotten done a lot cheaper and I have to come back because it feels worse now. The service was a wheel balance and an alignment. One man push me off to another man I guess he thought I didn't have money that's how they made me feel. I guess I don't look like the typical person that drives a Volkswagen. I probably won't be back.

You all should clone Scott Croston. This man knows how to provide excellent customer service. Not to say that others don't, but I only deal with Scott and I get the same genuine, professional service every time and has gotten it from here for at least 7-8 years.

All requested items were not completed.

This experience was a long and tiring one. I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change, much longer than usual.
