The experience was very professional, beginning with the service provider, Scott. I also appreciated that they washed my vehicle afterwards. The driver that took me to and from work while my vehicle was being serviced was very respectful and professional.

Successfully fixed my oil light issue

20,000 mile service - Staff was nice and attentive. Have to go back since tire pressure light came on after I left the VW location.

I made an appointment for my regular service online, I was running late but still greeted with 100% friendly and professional service from everyone. Valet out front was delightful and treated as a part of the family the entire visit. Car was serviced quickly and correctly in under an hour.

They uninstalled but did not reinstall the car seats. I'm not sure why - they didn't significantly clean the interior.

Enjoyed the service but the Carwash may need some improvements

Purchased my VW at the Kennesaw location and took it their twice for items related to the sale. Now I'm back to the Chamblee location and it is a nice change. Scott is very easy going but also very timely. An excellent experience!
