Hi, Leo was great I was early and waiting on service dept to open when Leo came up to the car and explained they were getting keys to unlock the door and would be with me shortly. I thought that was really nice of him. As soon as they opened he was at my car asking how he could help. I did not even get a chance to get out the car and go in to the service dept.

I was greeted promptly and the customer service technician who would help me was identified. Leo viewed the car after pulling up my records and informed me of all the items covered in the 50,000 mile service. He gave me an estimate of the costs for the services I requested and followed up with me during my wait. He was very professional during my visit.

Every employee at your dealership try their best to be helpful which is not the case in today's world.
