Scott was AWESOME! He was funny, attentive, and informative. What I like most is that he didn't push me to get things done to my vehicle that I couldn't afford to get done at the time of service. Thank you for having such an awesome guy on your staff!

Service on my 2009 Tiguan was excellent. The process was very quick, and I was kept in the loop for the entire process. Leo Leyva was very helpful and guided me through all the steps.

Not too impressed with my experience. (Monday) AC was fixed but new radio needed to be ordered. Was told that it should arrive in a few days and that I would be contacted to set up a new appointment. (Friday)I called 4 days later and was told that it was in and my appointment was set for 4 days after that. (Wednesday) The radio was replaced but is having problems cutting in and out intermittently so I will have to make another trip to the service department and wait. When I picked up my car on the day the AC was fixed, I was surprised that they didn't bother to wash or vacuum my car. I was told by the cashier that the car wash and vacuuming were standard. I'm not sure I will be going back to Jim Ellis again. Really leaves me missing the service team at Gunther/Auto Nation in Buford. They were always friendly and on point. Good service is worth the drive,
