Service department, Scott Croston are amazing!

The service rep seemed nonchalant about an additional $100 cost for repairs. I felt disrespected by his comments. I brought my business to Jim Ellis from another dealership since the car was originally purchased at Ellis. There seemed to be no appreciation for my commitment to transition and it is almost a 50 mile drive. I would have expect something, maybe a small discount or a coupon for an oil change, etc So I doubt I would return. They need to make me feel that my business is important.

Everyone was helpful and Alex spent very much time and patience with me. I eventually will buy a VW in about a year . There is no car dealer better than Jim Ellis Volkswagen.
