They forgot to Change the sticker telling Me when the next oil change is due but most importantly, the car went in with no engine lights what so ever, but as soon as I left the tire gauge light has been on and Wont go off. For spending $250 that day, I'd say I left with more headaches to deal with.

My battery on my 2009 GTI died when I was leaving for work. I pushed the car in my parking deck to get it moving and hopped in to pop the clutch. The car started and I drove directly to Jim Ellis VW. I told Scot Croston my service advisor what was wrong and he worked on getting me in as soon as possible even though there were six other people also waiting on their cars for service. The car was done and also washed in an hour. I made it to work in plenty of time. It is because of the special service from Jim Ellis and people like Scot that I have used these dealerships since 1990. Thank you very much. David Becker

I had found a car online that I was interested in . I made an appointment, online, to come over and see the car and test drive. The salesman was very helpful in doing the arrangements for the purchase. He seemed knowledgable about the car. I have been a VW owner for about 53 years so it didn't take a lot of selling. The finance manager was also efficient. The overall experience was very low pressure and comfortable. I was pleased with the discount and am pleased with the car. I purchased a 2016 Passat SE.

This was on my 2016 Tiguan, I don't have the Ford F-150 anymore. Service was excellent as usual and everything was taken care of.
