Prompt valet service upon arrival. Josh Jamison is very professional, responsive and courteous. He immediately helped me feel comfortable and welcomed at the dealership. I purchased my VW in another city and was a little unsure about what to expect, I felt he was honest and forthcoming on the status of my repair and took care of me. The service appears to be great and thr problem is fixed!
