Great car & staff service.

This was my first service visit for my 2016 VW GTI that is now one year old. Great service from Leo! I don't mind waiting while my car is serviced at Jim Ellis VW in Chamblee because the waiting area is such a pleasant atmosphere with the beautiful TV room and work areas.

My 2010 GTI unexpectedly began running rough as I was driving a couple of miles from Jim Ellis VW late in the afternoon. I made it in to the Service department and was greeted by Josh who immediately got the car into the shop for assessment. It needed a new injector and coil which would take a few hours to fix. Since it is a CPO vehicle with an extended warranty Josh got the repair going right away and was able to provide a loaner. After only one hour and with no appointment they had my problem well under control. The car was fixed the next day and it runs great. Thanks Josh for a very positive service experience.

2013 Touareg. LeRoi salesman was excellent. Deal done mostly by texting after we test drove. Robbie sales manager was unprofessional, petty and threatened to take the VW certified status away from the vehicle we were purchasing. Despite an appointment to just sign all the papers, we still waited over 2 hours just to be seen by financing. VW his so many deals for the buyer and finance acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Not to boast but my credit is good, I make nice salary and I paid off Touareg before and my last 3 cars have been VWs. Still got crappy finance rate. I've worked at car dealership years ago, I know the deal with auto sales. Still no reason to act stupid, unhelpful and petty to the customer. Beyond the super great salesman, I would think twice before recommending Jim Ellis to anyone. Don't get me wrong, I love the car I bought.
