Great support day of sale; terrible support when trying to get minor issues addressed. Want to make sure that we get refund on warranty that has been paid for as it appears that getting support from the dealership and the warranty is very unreliable. Art Rozier 7702664588

Joshua Jamison was exceptional in every respect. My car had a very unusual problem and both the wiring harness and the body wiring harness had to be replaced. This repair took several days to diagnose and repair. Josh kept me informed and assured the car was properly repaired. I would recommend Joshua Jamison and Jim ellis VW to all VW owners.
