I came in for a 2016 Jetta SE, but had a great salesman (Phil) who, without pressure, also wanted me to test the Jetta SPORT to see and feel the differences. He was right on, and the SPORT was so much more car for not much of an uptick in price. I drove off in my new Jetta Sport as happy as a man can be with a turbo charged 1.8 TSI under the hood. The overall experience was efficient, smooth and well choreographed to get us out the door in time for Friday night football. The staff at all points in the process was amazing. I bought an AUDI from Jim Ellis many years ago, and now the new Jetta. I will be back in the future!

This is my second purchase and I am really very disappointed with my purchase of the 2013 GLI. Customer service seems to be non-existent in the used car lot. The place is deserted and even my salesperson is about to leave his position (he disclosed it when I was showing him all my issues). My GLI was not even CPOed correctly. When I picked up the car, I did not get my paperwork. Calling and emailing to rectify this was no response and I had to drive 20+ miles again to confront the salesman/finance person to help sort it out. I managed to get my paperwork but my CPO is still not in the system and am not even sure when it will be in. My car is CPOed and there is already a defect that has been overlooked and when I asked the service tech next door about it (while I was there to collect the CPO paperwork which I did NOT get on contract signing), he said sorry, this is NOT covered in CPO so I have to live with it. I have just bought this car and am already concerned that this CPO warrant does not even seem to live up to its reputation. Jim Ellis, please fix your customer service. I don't have time to chase folks for a purchase I have made and this will be my last purchase from your dealership. Is it too much to ask for responsive communication from your sales team? I now have a defective car that was supposed to be under CPO with no recourse and I am honestly out of energy to chase it around. Thank you for listening.
