I ran over a pothole that I didn't see and blew a tire. I was quite upset and called to let the service dept know that I would be towed in. Leo was calm and checked my record to see what size tire I had replaced in a previous service appointment, so when I arrived he was ready for me. He explained an issue the service techs saw on another tire and two new tires were installed, within a short wait time. I have always had a good experience at Jim Ellis.

An hour and a half for a scheduled oil change seems way too long. I believe more time was spent doing a multipoint inspection, that was not requested, so you could try to drum up more business than was spent taking care of the actually reason for my being there. At 10am I was told my car was going for a wash and did not receive my car until nearly 10.45am. That is not an acceptable time frame. The wash looked like someone had just hosed down the car, it was nowhere near clean.

I like being able to make the appointment online and the Customer Service was excellent.
