VW Passat Wagon routine maintenance. Staff could not have been more helpful. Scott Croston went well out of his way to ensure I was satisfied including securing a loaner car that helped me out greatly during the 3 hour service.

My Passat check engine light was on and the car was not driving correctly. Josh Jamison was my advisor and although it took several visits to the dealership Josh was extremely accommodating. The service was excellent even though it took several visits. The experience could have easily turned into frustration and distrust but Josh went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I feel as if I found the one service advisor I can trust.

Overall I was satisfied, but feel that I was overcharged for the tire alignment. It should not cost over $130 for this service, especially since it can be done for far cheaper at other locations. I am hoping I can receive a rebate or discount off my next service to account for this.
