Very helpful service.

My service advisory was great. Leo has an awesome personality and is very empathetic; an amazing skill when working in the automotive service industry. However, the steering trim wasn't installed back on the car and my keys were nowhere to be found. So I had to drive around with the trim in the backseat until I had to return to JE VW and used my extra key I just so happen to bring with me. Would I recommend JE VW? Yes. Was my Service Advisor helpful? Extremely. Did the technicians complete the job in entirety? Somewhat. Would I refer JE VW? Yes.

Joe was great, helpful, and did a great job. The checkout process was not great, was delayed and took a while to get set up and out the door. Was a little frustrating to be trying to give the dealership money and it took over an hour to pay. We are bringing the car back to have the rear door looked at, won't open from the inside. Joe was very helpful in agreeing to look at and fix it. Would definitely recommend Joe and Jim Ellis based on my experience.
