My experience at Jim Ellis was great, and the wait time was less than I was told upfront, which was awesome. However, a few days after my service, I noticed that the bottom cover on the front of my Tiguan wasn't fully secured to the car. I was a bit surprised to discover VW trained technicians didn't fully re-attach it. If you're taking your car to the dealership for service, attention to detail is expected. I don't fully understand any impact of leaving the cover off (other than road debris getting on the engine and it looking bad), but it still seems worrisome.

Regardless of the bad news I may receive about my car's condition, I always have a good experience because of the service I receive from Scott Croston. Scott is excellent, in both the attention he gives your service issue and the service he provides to the customer. He is great at explaining what needs to be done and the repair options. He understands his customers' needs and listens very well.

I brought my car in for my 20,000 mile tune up, and Scott was fantastic. He was so friendly and professional, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and made my experience top notch. He got me out of there in less time than I was told to expect, which is a huge deal for me. He also told me exactly what to expect at my 30,000 tune up - as that service will be the first that I pay out of pocket, I really appreciated the heads up for next year. It was the best experience I have had at Jim Ellis Atlanta so far!
