Only reason I cannot give 10 Stars is that the service guy Leo that was supposed to book my service check for Monday 8/22 must have forgot to enter in the system. When my BF arrived to drop off my car my appointment was not in the system. Luckily Rich from service jumped in and made sure that my car was taken care off still that day.

I had a couple of problems with my experience. I was told it would take an hour to service my vehicle, it took closer to 2 hours. My vehicle was "serviced" and received standard checks but as soon as I drove off the lot my TPMS went off so clearly a thorough job was not done. Also my vehicle was "cleaned" however they only just vacuumed the driver side mat. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Staff underperformed.

I had a 40K mile service yesterday. The service was fine, as was the interaction with your employees. The "free car wash," however, left my car dirtier than it was before. I now have water spots all over my front and back windshield. This may seem like a picky criticism, but this is not the first time that I have been displeased with the car wash.
