I have been to this dealership a few times to get my Jetta serviced and did not feel as if I was taken seriously. Once the mechanics determined that there were things in fact wrong with my car a part was ordered. I was never notified when the part came in. On top of that, I called about the part because my warranty was about to expire and was told they could work me in. Because of my summer internship for my MBA program my mother sacrificed her entire day siting at the dealership on my behalf. When she left they were still unable to fix my car and asked if she could bring it back. It was a huge inconvenience to switch cars that day. My mother was not updated regularly about my car while waiting and we were told it would be a quick fix, which it wasn't. We both felt that the staff was rude. I will never come to this dealership again.

The representive that assisted me was thorugh, professional and efficient. I came in for an oil change/maintenance check up. He explained what the services entailed and why they were needed. He also checked up on my twice as a courtesy while I was waiting for my car to be finished and it was done on time even though they found 2 recall issues the also needed to take care of. I was very pleased with the service.

It was great. The service technician Scott Crostin was very nice and helpful.
