I had purchased a used 2012 Tiguan about 2 years ago. I came in because of a noise that I believed to be coming from my suspension. Despite being able to reproduce the issue several times, technicians in service members were not able to discover where the clunk came from. They did however take care of the steering wheel clock spring recall, as well as and an apparent oil and coolant leak that have been happening on my vehicle. This was covered under CPO warranty. I was also providing a loaner vehicle at this time. I'm obviously not happy that my original issue wasn't handled, but I am quite happy that they did go above and beyond to attempt to find it, as well as taking care of some issues that were quite possibly more serious. At this time, it is believed that the noise that I came in complaining about was either a body noise (a 2012 car getting "old"?) , or attributed somehow to my aftermarket wheels. I will concede to this, and I'll let tempt to reproduce the issue with my stock wheels. Honestly, despite my dissatisfaction with my original issue not being corrected, as long as the issue doesn't manifest itself and a disaster outside of my CPO warranty, I'll be Satisfied that your shop did everything they could to take care of me. I value Scott Crofton, and his friendly attitude, and his diligence in discovering my initial complaint, and feel that I was being treated honestly. I was also pleased to have a loaner vehicle for the duration of this service issue. Please convey my gratitude to the team. Thank you.

My service adviser, Rich Truong, was great. He kept me up-to-date about my repair and made sure I had a car so that I could go about my business. All the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. Only thing that holds me back from giving a 10 is because the dealership always seems busy and too many idiots asking stupid questions that causes me to have to spend more time at the dealership than I want to.

I brought my 2012 Passat in for my 70,000 mile service. To be honest, the past couple times I'd brought my car in for service I was there way longer than expected. There happen to be some confusion and issues when performing the service on the car. However, this time I was helped by Josh and he guaranteed me that he'd be efficient and timely with my car. He in fact delivered my car and keys to be in the amount of time he promised. He made sure I was well educated on what service was performed and offered his help in the future. It was a great experience and I was in and out in no time.
