It was my 40k service for my 2013 vw diesel Passat. They got me in quickly and took care of everything. And there is a great waiting area. You choose between the movie room, the general area with a tv, or the data center with individual work areas. There is also free coffee and snacks and drinks for purchase.

Had significant problems and delays with activating my goodwill package. Not clear why did not have trained employees available for the majority of the day. Was delayed at the service department for more than 2hrs linger than my service visit.

2016 VW Jetta; Salesman was excellent. I would buy from him again. The finance guy not so much. We had three errors that needed to be corrected during the loan process. The next car will be cash only or using my own bank, the loan with you was just too much hassle.
