I had to come back to reprogram a new copy of the key after it wasn't done successfully the first time. I had to wait for an hour and a half during my second visit.

I'm always pleased when I deal with Scott, he top notch. He's always on top of things, keeps me informed, explains everything and gets me back on the road ASAP. My only issue with Jim Ellis is that the cost of repairs don't seem to be as competitive, compared to a couple other shops I've talked to, as they used to be.

Always a great experience

Jim Ellis handles the transaction just fine, but my criticism is based on the hard won awful reputation that dealers have given themselves. Everything is overpriced. My car took 1 hr. to service, the only parts were fluids and filters, and the bill was $370. I also had a few reverse gear and license plate lights that were out, and I appreciate the replacements that were done, but you all missed one.

Fantastic, Jesse was great, I had a deadline to make and he got me in an out for my 30K maintenance. Great Job, keep it up!
