Scott Croston always takes great care of me. I purchased my CC from this dealership in 3012 and come back for every service even though there are closer VW dealerships. They just completed my 4 year service. I would highly recommend this dealership for purchases and the service department/Scott is exceptional!

My 2009 Touareg developed a problem that rapidly went from smooth to critical. Fortunately, I was within a few miles from the dealership and was able to get there. A bearing and driveshaft problem which is traumatic enough was handle extremely well. Tania Santos was attentive, understanding and quick to respond presenting first steps to resolve my issue. I couldn't be more pleased with Tania. My issue is not with the dealership and their service staff. A vehicle with the reputation (and expectation) of the Touraeg which has been properly and diligently maintained for 84K+ miles should not experience a bearing and drive shaft failure. In the past year, I've had to replaced the alternator and now a drive shaft. Both extremely expensive repairs. I do enjoy my Touraeg and before today considered it to be at the top of my list to purchase, but these issues have clouded my opinion and give me cause to look elsewhere. Kirk Sarkisian

A little difficult to reach services by phone but once i was there the staff was very professional , courteous , and knowledgeable. Great service.

couldn't replicate the problem even though the vehicle was having the issue when dropped off. Check engine light came on again the next day.

No high pressure to buy. Friendly and helpful service. Look at both new and used vehicles. Purchased a used VW convertible.
