The service took much longer than expected. The service techs also drained my battery while working on my car, but neglected to reset the automatic windows or fully recharge my battery.

When I purchased my 2014 Passat in December, it was communicated that the 20k maintenance inspection would be covered by the dealership. When I was checked in by Scott, he indicated that the inspection was "out of warranty". A quick hop to the Sales Department and I was good to go. I was given a courtesy shuttle ride to the IHOP for breakfast and my car was ready when they said it would be. Everyone was friendly and professional. This is my third VW and I am an owner for life.
