Didn't buy the car ('16 GTI S) at Ellis, but had had prior experience with you so I brought it in for service. Car came back on time, had been washed and vacuumed. ALL personnel were polite and seemed truly desirous to be of assistance. Very nice experience. Facility was spotless, great wifi access and the coffee was even tolerable. I'll come again.

My vehicle was serviced and I paid 844 for said service. I picked my car on Thursday evening and on Saturday my car will not start.

My service consultant never came in the waiting room after 2 hours of waiting for a simple oil change and brake check. When I went to look for him he then said that he was waiting for me to get off the phone in the waiting area. That is ridiculous. He simply forgot about me and should have been honest enough to say that. I was not on the phone the entire time, but most importantly I saw a number of consultants come out and say excuse me to other customers and explained the progress with their vehicles. I have no plans to return to Jim Ellis. I attempted to purchase my car from you 3 years ago and the sales rep was awful and rude as if i couldn't afford it so I went immediately to Stone Mountain and purchased it within an hour. I have heard from another friend that brings their car their that they also did not return. Management needs to do an evaluation of their team. I, as well as my friend are African American, so wondering if there is some type of common denominator here
