Service done when requested, as requested, cast as predicted, started on time, finished on time. Leo was on top of his game, told me what was to be done. When I walked out of the waiting area to the pick up curb, it was there, clean and at the moment.

We purchased a Tiguan. Sales agent was excellent. He listened to our needs and showed us cars that met our criteria. His knowledge about the features of the different trim packages allowed him to show us options that were the best value for us. For example, we were able to buy the S model with leather and the Apple Carplay feature, instead of having to move up to a limited model to have these features, which saved several thousands of dollars verses the other make of cars we considered (e.g. Ford Escape, Hyundai Tuscon, Toyota Rav4, etc.). It was a hot day and he brought the cars to the door so we wouldn't need to wait or walk around outside. Of all the dealerships we visited, he was the best.

I've got a 2009 Jetta that I purchased in December that has a few quirks. Scott was beyond helpful and lovely to deal with. He's full of good information and suggestions and I look forward to dealing with him again in the future. My car is in good shape, I still love it and she's clean again thanks to the quick bath she got while at the shop.
