My recent service experience was nothing short of TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!! Josh Jamison made the impossible happen concerning an upholstery warranty through All State, who despite repeated denials of my claim, Josh persisted until they finally agreed to replace the defective driver's seat covering at their cost. And then there was a 2-week plus lead-time issue in getting the part, and then lining up your upholstery person, etc. Through it all, Josh was extremely courteous, informative, professional. Can't say enough good things about him.

Purchased a pre-owned Tiguan. We have made an appointment beforehand and expressed what we wanted to test-drive. At first the appointment went well; the dealership had 3 Tiguans ready for us to review and test-drive. We chose one to purchase, and then the problems started. It took over 3 hours to complete the paperwork, choose warranties (WAY too many expensive options...), settle financing, etc. Yes, we did have a car to trade in, and understand that took a little while for the car to be checked, but that should have been done while we were test-driving. Staff were polite, but the process was frustrating and inefficient.

Scott Croston was on the ball as usual. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. Working area was good as usual : comfortable chairs, relatively quiet, good Wi-Fi, and good coffee. I didn't miss a beat with my work.

I brought my Jetta in for the 70 mile service. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was waited on immediately. Josh explained all that needed to be done and ask for any other concerns. When asked about a time estimate he gave me one and stuck pretty close to it. Overall a very good experience.

while waiting for my car I had all the coof comforts of home.. great coffee, free donuts, free wifi do I could watch a show or 2 while waiting- and a nice quiet space! The service was excellent and I will always recommend to anybody! Thank you
