The service in itself was fine and greatly appreciated. I would have rated an 8 or 9 had the technician not put the 2 tires he replaced into my trunk. The gentleman who handled our service called an hour after my husband returned home and apologized. His "cure"for the mistake was to either "feel free to dispose of them yourselves or bring them back to the dealership to be disposed". However, I now have to drive 10-15 miles back to the dealer to have the tires disposed of. It is an inconvenience. Jim Ellis VW dealership service dept has been 0 for 2 in 100% customer service expectations.

Tom Mann and Leo were very attentive to my concerns about the issues related to my VW Routan. They asked a lot of questions and were thorough in explanations of service/repairs to be performed and that ultimately were performed. The amount of service time for the vehicle was also quite reasonable. Leo was excellent in his communication with me throughout the process.
