My experience with Jim Ellis Volkswagen was excellent from the start. Our salesperson, Jim Natili, met us out front before we even got to the front door. He offered assistance but didn't pressure us in any way. He took on test drives of the two cars we were interested in then gave us some time to discuss them by ourselves and decide what we wanted to do. When we made and offer, he showed us he cost sheet on the car and worked with us to get a fair price. I already had done a good bit of research on the car and Jim was very straight up with us. Lance Jeter, the F & I manager was also very nice and easy to work with and we left the dealership the happy owners of a certified used Tiguan. It was a very pleasant and efficient experience and Jim and Lance could not have been nicer.

Staff is top-notch. Facilities very comfortable. Service is excellent. I spent over two hours there last time for quick service though, which is the only reason I wouldn't give a ten.
