Rose was great. She was very good with communicating with me and answering all my questions. She was able to get me a loaner car to use for a few days while parts were on order. This made my life a lot easier and allowed me to not miss any meetings at work.

My experience was good and my problem appears to have been resolved. I was a little surprised when I got my car back to find it only had 5 miles of gas left in it. While I dropped the car off with a quarter of a tank, and knew that the service would require the car to be driven, I found it a little inconsiderate to have my car returned with so little gas
