Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was told from the beginning how long the service would take and it was accurate! They were very informative and took time to answer my questions. Very good experience.

I brought in my older jetta for a few repairs. Didn't have an appointment. Worked through the issues very quickly, received a free shuttle ride back to the nearby Marta station, and repairs were completed partway through the next day. WAY faster than expected. The staff was helpful, friendly, and everything was complete much faster than expected.

Jetta Sport. Long process at dealership. Felt a little cheated with regards to optional features such as rubber mats and Window alarm protection - as I was told these come "standard" on the vehicle I was purchasing and "pre-installed. despite having brought up the issue of not wanting these features with the dealer several times, I arrive home and find the rubber mats in a generic packing unit in the trunk - not installed. Overall experience was very please and dealer bought me lunch which was nice but the whole experience tarnished with the dishonesty of the optional features.

I was a little disappointed I was recommended a $140 alignment at 9800 miles. This seems really early, and like twice the price I should pay for one. Oil change is $20 less at the Kennesaw campus as well. I came here because it is close to my house, and I bought the car here, it would be nice if the pricing was uniform. Comfy waiting area, complimentary car wash. The service team did take care of a flap which was out of place. Acceptable wait time for an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and wash. It would be nice to see service specials / promotions from the website automatically applied, but I understand if you don't ask, you probably won't get the deal. I'll be back in another 10K.

everything went better than I expected, in and out in about an hour. didn't even have time to finish off the donuts.
