Very efficient

We called ahead to find out whether we needed to complete required maintenance and were told no. Once at the service center to complete a separate repair, we were told that maintenance was required and failure to complete the maintenance would void the warranty. The confusion here was frustrating and disappointing.

The service was completed within the timeframe communicated to me upon arrival at the dealership. The staff were friendly and helpful

It was initially serviced by Jim Ellis, but through another service company who did a woefully inadequate job and used my vehicle personally without my authorization. Everyone at Jim Ellis was exceptionally helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgable. My service consultant, Josh, was great to work with. I'll certainly return for future service!
