yesterday I received a great service, service advisor was great. i was very happy withy the customer service and the service that was performed on my vehicle.

Scott is superb. However in the 12 years or so that I have been doing business with you I have watched the quality of customer service DECLINE. I walked in yesterday and Scott was not at his computer. I said Good Morning at least 3 times and NO one responded. I asked if Scott was in and NO one responded. I finally stepped behind the desk myself to ask the cashier to call him and she did and he promptly came out. The waiting area has long given up free sodas and snacks except for donuts. The reason I was told that there were NO donuts yesterday is that the donut shop man had eye surgery--guess that is the only donut shop in Atlanta. I brought my own Diet coke with me, Scott supplied me with a snack and also got the air conditioner working better in an otherwise very warm waiting area. Seems like a sad commentary about slipping on customer service.

I needed a fairly quick in and out for medical reasons. The service and treatment were perfect.
