2013 Passat. The service was excellent, the staff flawlessly attentive, polite, and accommodating. BUT why would VW design a front bumper that has an undercarriage that drops down without any reason? And then have the owner have to pay $240.00 to have it repaired?? Seems like an engineering flaw, one that is both annoying and hard to justify. I am not happy! German design isn't as good as it used to be. ALSO, I was approximately 50 miles from home, on the freeway when it happened. I then had to lift it back into position (with a great deal of effort) in order to drive home knowing your service department could take care of it, but not on SUNDAY! So I had to wait until Monday morning and drive with a "dragging" bumper to Jim Ellis. And wait for about an hour; then pay a steep price as extra punishment. That was a shameful way to treat a VW "owner" (won't be paid for another 4 years!) Yikes....VW should be embarrassed.

I have a 2014 Jetta. It was my 30,000 mile service. Staff was very helpful. Almost everything was great. The only issue I had was when I was being taken back to see my car… the music that was playing in the first service area that I walked though was awful. The language was horrendous. I don't mind music, I don't even mind rap music. I do mind degrading, foul language. Other than the music, I liked how clean the garage are was, and how friendly, and helpful the staff was.
