I brought my GTI in for an alignment with no appointment. Scott had no problem getting my car in an out in about an hour and a half. All the staff in the service drive are always so nice and willing to help. I do most of the work myself for my car, but anything I don't have time/tools to work on I will always bring in to get taken care of.
