2016 Tiguan I felt as though your goal during my service visit was to maximize YOUR monetary return. When i booked on line the service appointment it indicated that the basic service would be complimentary and front wheel alignment would be $79 for a total of $79. It turned out that the service was $122, I was quoted $110 at the service counter, just for the oil change service and tire rotation. I did not get the wheel alignment because I was told it would require a 4 wheel alignment at a cost of $135 even though only the front end was out of spec. NOT HAPPY.

Purchased a new 2016 GTI. The service was great and the staff helpful. My only complaint was that the detailing work done on the car was only about "B" grade (dirt under the rear hatch, dusty interior, etc.). Also, the salesman forgot to take the title for my trade-in, which required me to make a second trip to the dealership. Still, overall a great experience.

My service advisor was excellent. He is extremely professional and attentive, not to mention he estimated a time that you would be done with my vehicle and he was spot on!! That makes the process, dare I say "painless". I appreciate my experience. Thank you

I brought in my 2010 GTI for my 10:30am appointment a bit early- 10:15am to get one of my headlights checked out. I was told there was a diagnostic fee to figure out the problem, which needed to happen, so I was fine with it. At about 12:15, Scott K. came to the visitor lounge to tell me that despite my 10:30 appointment, my car still hadn't made it into the shop to be diagnosed. After finding out it was going to be over $700 to fix the headlight, I declined the fix and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the mechanic to write up the diagnostic. Luckily, Scott sensed my frustration of being there for 4 hours and the diagnostic was complimentary. Thanks Scott! I have yet to visit Jim Ellis VW without my visit taking well over 2 hours. I understand that these fixes take time, but the fact that I had to wait so long for a diagnostic seems a bit crazy. I will no longer be bringing my GTI to Jim Ellis for any future needs or repairs.

Sterian was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had me ready to walk out the door with a new car within an hour.
