I've now visited Jim Ellis to service my 2012 VW Jetta 3 times. Every time, it was for the check engine light, after every service, the check engine light has come back on literally within a week. I can appreciate that it might be a minor issue every time, but if a licensed VW dealer can't resolve this issue, I'm not sure where else to turn to. The team at Jim Ellis VW was very courteous and tried to help me out as well and as fast as possible. But unfortunately, at the end of the day, my problem has not been resolved, and my car still has the check engine light ON. The wait was shorter than expected, the amenities while waiting were more than adequate. But I'm stuck in a position where I now have to schedule another service within a week of my previous one. That's the only reason this review hasn't scored a 10/10.

I've had trouble finding a VW dealership that I trusted for service. Jim Ellis came highly recommended and I felt a different level of integrity as soon as I interacted with my service advisor.

I brought my car in for its 40K mile service and was greeted by Josh. He told me that this was a major service and described what would be done. He asked if I'd be waiting on it and explained it may take up to two hours to complete. He invited me to go to the lounge and have some refreshments. About an hour and a half later he came out and told me my car had been serviced, washed and swept. I made payment and headed for home. AWESOME service rendered by an incredible TEAM!!!

Everything was fabulous Ms. Paula is the absolute bomb....the finance transaction was great....thanks to the finance team....
