I had to get an instrument cluster replaced in a 2012 Jetta tdi wagon. Not especially happy that I had to pay $733 for basically what amounts to battery insurance for the next few months until VW buys the vehicle back. I honestly think it should have been covered in a vehicle barely 4 years old and one that will 99% be bought back by your company. That being said, I do love your service department. Leo is great. A few minor complaints this time around. The part arrived Wednesday and I was not told until I called Friday to check on it. Also, I was not told to bring my extra key for reprogramming which will cause me to have to return on another date. Finally, the service took about an hour longer than I was initially told when the problem was discovered. I was told 90 minutes at my initial service date and then 2-2 1/2 hours when I arrived. Again, minor things. I have had 5-6 excellent service appointments in the past, I would rate this one good. I am ok with that.

Just picked up the vehicle on Saturday - engine light went on - waited 1 1/2 hours and all is fine.

For most of the life (nearly nine years) of my Toureg, I have had it serviced at Jim Ellis Volkswagen Atlanta. The dealership and my respective service-consultants - including my current consultant, Leo Leyva - have always been highly professional, fair, courteous and most particularly warmly friendly. I have never had any complaints after a service visit. The service cost was a little higher than I expected this particular time. However I am more inclined to trust the numbers presented because the dealership has always been more than fair to me. Considering the long history of the relationship, I am inclined to rely on the expertise and judgement of my consultant (Leo) and the dealership. So I have no complaints! I have nothing but appreciation for the fine service this time and on an ongoing basis.

Tania is amazing - she called me to update status. She did EVERYTHING she said she would do - without me phoning to remind her - she is the best service advisor that I have ever dealt with. Knowledgable and great customer service attitude. Clone her! Thanks!
